What is IPTV?
Internet protocol television: channels that reach your TV through the broadband router rather than a rooftop aerial or satellite dish. A player app on the smart TV, a stick or a phone takes our log-in, then lays out live channels and films in a guide that feels like Freeview’s.
Streaming TV over broadband is perfectly lawful; iPlayer, NOW and Sky Glass work that way. The legal question is whether a service holds the rights to its channels. Unlicensed streams of Sky or TNT carry real risk, and we explain it in full rather than calling anything “100% legal”.
£5.42 a month on a full-year plan for one screen, or £11.99 for a single month. Two, three or four screens at once cost more. You pay once for the period; nothing renews unless you ask.
You do whenever someone at home watches or records TV live, through any app or box, or opens BBC iPlayer. The licence is £180 a year and IPTV makes no difference to that rule.
About 10 Mbps for one HD stream and 25 Mbps for 4K, per screen watching. Most UK fibre lines manage that easily; a wired connection or a mesh point near the TV helps more than a faster package.
Almost certainly. Samsung and LG smart TVs, Google TV sets, Fire TV Sticks, Apple TV, MAG boxes, phones and computers all run a player app. Older TVs need only an HDMI socket and a streaming stick.
One payment for the period you choose. Nothing renews by itself.

No made-up reviews, star ratings or customer counts. We are new, and invented reviews have been unlawful in the UK since April 2025. We also won’t tell you any IPTV service is “100% legal”: read how the law works and decide for yourself.
