These terms cover Telly Hub TV plans and trials. You buy access for a fixed period on a set number of screens, paid once, with no automatic renewal. You can have your money back within 14 days. You agree to use the service for private viewing in your own household and to follow UK law, including holding a TV licence where one is needed.

These terms are between you and Telly Hub TV (company number not yet registered), trading as Telly Hub TV. Contact: [email protected].
What you buy
Access to the Telly Hub TV service for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, on 1 to 4 screens playing at the same time, at the price shown on the plans page when you order. The line-up changes over time; channels may be added or removed.
Trials
One free 24-hour trial per household. It ends by itself and creates no obligation to buy.
Payment and renewal
You pay in full before the period starts. The price shown is the total. A plan ends on its end date unless you choose to buy another; one reminder arrives a few days before.
Refunds
Changed your mind? Within 14 days of payment you get every penny back, whatever the reason. Details are in the refund policy.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service for private viewing in your household or the homes you share your screens with.
- Do not resell, rebroadcast or publicly show the service, including in pubs or clubs.
- Keep your log-in private.
- Hold a TV licence if you watch live TV.
- Read our page on the law and decide for yourself whether to use the service.
Service and changes
We aim for the service to be available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. If it stops working for a long period, we will offer extra days or a partial refund.
Ending the service
We may end an account that is resold or shared beyond its screens, after a warning. You can stop at any time; refunds follow section 5.
Complaints and law
Email [email protected] first and you will hear back inside two working days. English and Welsh law applies to these terms, and nothing here reduces what the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you.
