This website
The site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, page, time) for security, deleted within 30 days. Pages load fonts and images from our own server.
Who else handles your data
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you send us there.
- Our email provider stores emails.
- Payment providers process payments under their own privacy notices.
We never sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages and log-in details: up to 12 months after your last plan ends. Payment records: six years, which HMRC rules require.

UK GDPR gives you the right to see what we hold, have it corrected or erased, and object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. Still not satisfied? The ICO handles complaints about how organisations treat personal data.
