More questions
Why does my BBC One show news from the wrong region?
Freeview follows the transmitter your aerial points at, not your postcode. Homes near a regional border often receive the neighbouring region, and some aerials pick up two.
Can I watch another region’s BBC One?
Yes. BBC iPlayer lets you pick any region’s BBC One when you watch live, so a Geordie in Bristol can still see Look North.
Does IPTV give me my own regional news?
The line-up includes several regional BBC One and ITV1 feeds. Tell us your postcode when you ask for the free trial, and check that yours is there before you pay.
