A free tournament, worth protecting
Rugby’s championship ranks among the last big events still wholly free on UK television. That matters for families: the whole tournament is on Freeview, Freely and the ITVX and iPlayer apps, with no subscription at all. All you need is a TV licence.
Watching from abroad
ITVX and iPlayer are blocked outside the UK. Fans in France, Italy and Ireland have their own free broadcasters; elsewhere, check who holds the local rights.
