⚡Quick verdict
An empty or wrong TV guide (EPG) usually means the player has not downloaded the latest listings, the time offset is wrong, or a channel is not matched to its guide entry. Force an EPG update first, set the offset to zero, and wait a few minutes. If one channel's guide is always blank, tell us which one.
- The guide downloads separately from the channels, so it can lag behind.
- Times an hour out usually follow the clocks changing.
- Some small channels have no guide data at all.
Quick fixes
- Force an update. TiviMate: Settings → EPG → Update EPG. Smarters: Settings → EPG timeline → refresh. IBO: reload the playlist.
- Wait. A full guide for thousands of channels can take several minutes on a stick.
- Restart the app.

UK clocks change on the last Sunday of March and October. If the guide goes wrong that weekend, the offset is the culprit.
One channel with no guide
The channel’s ID in the playlist does not match any guide entry. Send us its name; the link-up is fixed at our end. Some small international channels publish no listings at all, so their guide will stay blank.
